Sold a Townhouse home in 2024 in Sterling, Charlotte, NC. How i wish i had Dan on the other times i sold a house! Firstly, he helped me make minor changes that improved the look of the property. Then he got a very good photographer. Thirdly, when an offer came in, he explained every part in detail. If i could have had only these three things, it would have made my previous experiences so much easier. This time i had a particular issue: permitting some changes i made to the property. Dan went above & beyond to help me get every part of this process completed. I believe this resulted in a sale that completed quicker and with more $$$. I would not hesitate to use Dan again should i need real estate in this area.

This is the 3rd property that I have bought or sold with Dan. Dan is fantastic at communicating from beginning to end of the buying and selling process. Dan has a great grasp of the Charlotte (and surrounding areas) market, and has a ton of experience to share. Every property has it's individual issues and, Dan is always there to make sure things go smoothly. I will be working with Dan again when I am ready to buy a new house. I highly recommend working with him.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan and Cori as my buyers' agents, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their exceptional service throughout the entire process. When the lender sent the appraisal to us and said the house had appraised at the offering price, I just accepted it and was ready to move to the next step. Dan Callahan was exceptional on the sale of my home! He made us feel comfortable from the start! I was impressed that he had researched our area to help make decisions on how we would go forward.
