Sold a Single Family home in 2024 in Oakdale, Charlotte, NC. I wish we could give Dan and Cori more than 5 stars. As first-time home sellers, Dan was extremely thorough and helpful in explaining the market so that we could price the house right. He gave advice on cosmetic changes to help the house sell quickly, and it sold in 4 days! Throughout the closing process, Dan went above and beyond giving his expert advice on decisions we were unsure of and helping coordinate landscaping, plumbers, HVAC repairmen, and personally checking on the house for us numerous times once we left town. He even spent time helping us with requirements for the lender of our new house- just to be nice. He answered any and all questions we had and reminded us many times that no question was a dumb question. He and Cori are top-notch professionals while also treating their clients like friends. I don’t think we will ever have an experience with a realtor as good as we had it with Dan and Cori. Cannot recommend them enough!

Bought a Single Family home in 2024 in Sardis woods, Charlotte, NC. Dan, and his assistant Cori, went above and beyond for my wife and I as we were buying our first home. As first time homebuyers, we wanted a real estate agent that could guide us through the home buying process and be upfront with us. As consummate professionals, Dan and Cori provided this and more! Throughout the entire process, they were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and they brought clarity throughout the process. They also made sure we were well informed before touring a home by providing past inspection reports, permits, and floorplans that were not included in the listing. Dan toured each house with us (15+ in total), helped us evaluate the home's condition (including a memorable experience of Dan crawling into a crawlspace to check for moisture), and asked questions to help my wife and I visualize how we would grow into the house. Through Dan's network of contractors, he was also able to provide us accurate estimates of repairs while touring the house and recommended us a high-quality contractor to paint our house after we closed. The contractor was extremely responsive and was able to start work 2 days after we closed. Simply put, Dan and Cori are the real estate agents that everyone wishes they have. We cannot recommend them enough!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2024 in Sterling, Charlotte, NC. How i wish i had Dan on the other times i sold a house! Firstly, he helped me make minor changes that improved the look of the property. Then he got a very good photographer. Thirdly, when an offer came in, he explained every part in detail. If i could have had only these three things, it would have made my previous experiences so much easier. This time i had a particular issue: permitting some changes i made to the property. Dan went above & beyond to help me get every part of this process completed. I believe this resulted in a sale that completed quicker and with more $$$. I would not hesitate to use Dan again should i need real estate in this area.

This is the 3rd property that I have bought or sold with Dan. Dan is fantastic at communicating from beginning to end of the buying and selling process. Dan has a great grasp of the Charlotte (and surrounding areas) market, and has a ton of experience to share. Every property has it's individual issues and, Dan is always there to make sure things go smoothly. I will be working with Dan again when I am ready to buy a new house. I highly recommend working with him.

Dan Callahan was exceptional on the sale of my home! He made us feel comfortable from the start! I was impressed that he had researched our area to help make decisions on how we would go forward.
