If you like an all business and not even a little bit of nonsense approach to buying and selling your home, Dan is your man. Everything he said would happen did. He was available and responsive. In fact we often exchanged emails prior to 5 AM. If for some reason Dan isn’t available and you need accurate information quickly, his associate Cori is equal to the task. In fact, Dan happened to be out of town the weekend our house was listed and his absence was rendered irrelevant thanks to Cori’s apt professionalism. We had Dan come to our house a year prior to listing to get some suggestions to improve the property. We did some simple painting, added a backsplash in the kitchen along with a few other small modifications. Fast forward 12 months and we ended up getting 20K more for our house than we expected thanks to Dan’s advice and suggestions.
