I cannot more highly recommend Dan Callahan to every single person looking to buy a house. I know that I’d use his services again in a second if I had to re-choose a Realtor. Dan could not have been a more knowledgeable, professional, and communicative Realtor. He set himself far apart from every other Realtor that I have worked with. First, and most important to me, Dan is great with communication! You send him or Cori an email and it definitely receives a thoughtful reply that day and usually within an hour or two. Dan also always let me know what was going on through each step of the buying process. I was never left wondering, I never had to ask more than once to receive an answer, and I always felt as if I was a high priority to him.
I gave Dan my price range, the types of houses that I was interested, the size, rooms, bathrooms, lot size, etc., and he completely customized my search to fit what we were looking for in a family home. He also suggested the areas that I should look since my wife and I work so far apart from each other.
When things weren’t working out with timing and I wasn’t sure if I should continue looking or renew a lease, Dan gave me good and honest advice. The same was said for each and every house that we looked at. Dan pointed out every flaw in every house that he saw and gave me very frank and helpful advice for each house when it came to getting a VA loan.
Finally, Dan was an expert negotiator. He let me know exactly what to expect. He helped to keep my wife and I patient through the entire process, and he was right on the money each and every time.
Again, I would highly recommend Dan Callahan to each and every single person looking for a Realtor. You will not find a more consummate professional!
