We have bought and sold with Dan (including a first time home). This time was our second time working with him and he helped us to sell our home for an out of state move. We have loved the intentionality and professionalism of Dan. He takes the time to hear our concerns, needs, and desires and helps to alleviate concerns and meet needs. We had a lot to do to get our house ready and Dan helped us create a list of priorities and connected us to professionals who could help with the projects. He does an amazing job of keeping on top of market trends and helps to translate all of the complexities of buying/selling into "layman's terms". This move was a very emotional one for us since we were moving out of state. Dan was sensitive and helped us navigate though that, including having a "welcome home" gift for us in our new house. Being first time home buyers, we were hesitant going in. But working with Dan & Cori was super easy. They made every aspect of this purchase as easy as possible for us. Dan is super knowledgeable, professional & pleasant to work with. Always answering each of our "first time home buyers questions" happily. Bought a Single Family home in 2025 in Concord, NC. Never purchased a home and have no idea where to begin or what to expect? Or, are you purchasing another home and not looking forward to the headache? Dan and Cori are just the team for you! Dan and Cori’s dedication to efficiency and transparency made the entire house hunting process truly stress-free. Their strategy works flawlessly with Dan figuring out clients’ desired area, desired price range, and house “must haves”, and Cori then works behind the scenes and does a deep dive on the potential homes! Cori’s investigate skills mirror those of the most meticulous detectives, often highlighting homes that have had renovation add-on’s the city/state might not even know exist, dives into every piece of the home’s history, researches HVAC and AC installation dates/replacement dates, and can even offer a wealth of knowledge about the potential homes surrounding community, schools, etc. Once a few homes are chosen Dan will accompany his client to showings, not simply to just look around, but as an opportunity to educate his client on what to look for when touring homes, what to be wary of, things to consider, and might even try to talk you out of a home just to test your knowledge. Bought a Single Family home in 2024 in Coulwood west, Charlotte, NC. We had a wonderful experience working with Dan and Cori, and could not have asked for two more knowledgeable and thorough people. As first time homebuyers there were many unknowns, but working with Dan and Cori set us at ease. They guided us through the entire process, and were always available to provide us with clarity and answer any and all of our questions. Prior to touring any homes, they provided us with any inspection reports or permits that may not have been provided in the listing. Their wealth of knowledge gave us valuable insight into the condition of the homes we saw, and ensured that we knew what we were walking into each and every time. When it came time to buy our home, Dan took the time to go through every point in our inspection and helped us negotiate repairs that were needed. Both he and Cori took time to answer any questions we had, and made it a point to explain and not just tell us what was happening and why.
